How estimates are built
We ask for target volumes, reference samples or drawings, preferred Incoterms, and any factories you have already contacted. That intake keeps proposals tied to real work instead of padding hours for unknown categories.
Deposits are typically 40% to reserve calendar time, with the balance due on shortlist delivery or at month-end for retainers. Travel expenses for visits are itemized in advance.
