Engagement process

From intake call to a shortlist you can act on

This page maps how Panel Orchardbase runs a Supplier Sourcing Engagement so import-export teams know what happens each week—and what we need from you to keep momentum.

  1. Intake & constraints. We capture category specs, compliance notes, target landed-cost bands, and factories you have already tried.
  2. Landscape mapping. Candidate plants and traders are gathered from directories, prior notes, and targeted outreach.
  3. Screening. We test responsiveness, sample policies, export documentation habits, and obvious capacity mismatches.
  4. Shortlist delivery. You receive written trade-offs and a review call before any introductions go out.
  5. Optional visit or readiness work. Factory days or document reviews can attach when the shortlist justifies them.
